staff's treatment is excellent, location of the hotel is perfect to meet, tour, go for tapas, to mass on Sunday, to the university, to the bus station and to the airport because it is right in Gran Via and public transport stops are there. We stayed in a suite that is perfect because we had large suitcases and to open them helped a lot to have extra space. The room is equipped with bathrobes and slippers. coffee maker, refrigerator, in short, has what it takes to be comfortable... bed is big and comfortable and we sleep very well because the neighborhood is quiet at night.

space in the wc and bidet area is a bit steep and key to the bidet came out of place... bidet is small and when using it the area gets wet.

Excellent attention from Yolanda and Alberto, in reception. Arriving from a long day of walking and visiting the city and finding the bed ready to sleep, towels impeccable, bathroom picked up, it's very clean, was perfect. We touched the red floor, sense of taste, nice decoration. hotel is perfectly located. Next to the cathedral, you can reach it on foot and by bus from everywhere. hotel for its price exceeds expectations. room had an excellent mini fridge to put water, some soft drinks. air conditioning was very much appreciated. pillows are very comfortable, sheets are soft, smell of the room is very good. shower water has a very good pressure and relaxes you.

It is not a negative thing, it is a recommendation, I suggest putting some small shelf inside the shower to place the shampoo and gel. a rubber bumper between the glass door and bidet, because it's scary to knock on the door and break it.

It was vary centrally located.The staff were very courteous and efficient. The beds were comfortable and the linen clean.I also liked we could park the car in the hotel.The breakfast was good value..

The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarettes!
